URB’N provides quick and discreet delivery in all of Essex County, Hudson County, Bergen County, Passaic County, Morris County, Union County and Middlesex County. Customers are always welcome to call to check if we deliver to their area.
Hassle free delivery process:
Customer Places an Order
- Orders are placed via
- Customers must provide a valid government-issued ID at checkout.
Age & Identity Verification
- Customers must upload or email a valid ID for verification. Must be over 21
Order Confirmation
- Customers receive a confirmation via text or email with an estimated delivery time.
- A team member may call to confirm order details or suggest substitutions if needed.
Order Preparation
- The dispensary team packages the order in compliance with state regulations.
- Orders are sealed and labeled with tracking information.
Delivery Dispatch
- Orders are assigned to verified delivery drivers.
- Drivers receive a secure manifest with order details.
Text Notification & ETA
- Customers receive a text when the driver is en route with an estimated arrival time.
On-Site Verification at Delivery
Upon arrival, the driver verifies the customer’s ID again.
Payment is collected (if not prepaid)
Completion & Compliance
- The driver confirms the successful delivery in the system.
- The dispensary maintains records for compliance with state regulations.
Customer Feedback & Support
- Customers receive a follow-up message for feedback and support if needed.
